Iraqi person asking price of Sunflower Oil

I am sending you this E.mail to ask if you can supply us oil with large quantity starting with 10000 ton and more.
We have a contract with the ministry of trade in Iraq. Sir, I need to know things about your company:
1. Price of the ton.
2. The of payment.
3. How much does it cost arriving in Iraq?
4. The capasity of production monthly.
We need it according to specification.
Each bottle = 1 leter.
