Iraq looking to buy Solar PV panels

I am looking to buy a panel or panels to give up to 250W of power.
I will also need a solar controller.
I may need a dedicated battery if I cannot use leisure car batteries which may be available here in Iraqi Kurdistan.
I will be on vacation, inshallah, in Istanbul for Nawroz towards the end of March.
Can you stop my order to Erbil before then or would I have to collect from Istanbul?
