General Conditions:
1 Manufacturing of 32 panels of steam air heater coils (S.A.H)
2 The metal used in manufacturing the coils shall be (ST20) or (A106)
3 The diameter of the coils used shall be (16*4MM) and the diameter of the
waste shall be (100*6MM)
4 The dimensions of the panel shall be (length 2900 mm and width 1080 mm)
5 Each panel shall contain (61) coils and shall be vented with an inlet and outlet
waste
6 A model shall be manufactured before starting manufacturing, equipping and
approving the model by specialists
7 Manufacturing shall be based on the principle of reverse engineering and the
model provided by the station due to the absence of manufacturing plans
8 The welding inspection shall be () and the hydrostatic pressure shall be 10 bar
9 Providing an inspection certificate and a certificate of origin
10 Providing manufacturing plans in CD form
11 Sending 7 people to the country of origin for the purpose of inspection and
training
12 Origin Turkish or Russian
