Iraq import request for steel wires in coil

Kindly we are looking for steel wire in coil SAE 1010 and SAE 1008 ,
So I need the price for the two grades as the Quantity:
Dia. = 5mm, Q=750 tons
Dia. = 5.5 mm, Q= 1000 tons
Dia. = 6mm, Q=1000 tons
Dia. = 7mm, Quantity = 750 tons And the price in USA dollars CIF bander Abas.
