Interlock fabric

I am interested in interlock fabric with following characteristics:
Color; Dark blue
Composition: 50% Cotton + 30% cellulose + 20% acrylic antibacterial.
Weight:195 gr ± 10gr.
Interlace : On the face Pique, inside
Interlock Shrinkage: max ± 6%.

I will need material for sample and certificate for the fabric.
