Interested in fabric France

I want to source 4 fabrics as follows.
- A stretch single jersey cotton CO/SP 96/4 - 170g/sqm
- A towel fabric CO/PES 72/28, 320g/sqm
with Anti-bacterial/ Anti-odour (Min 80% after min 20 washes AEGIS, wicking)
I need 2 options :
o Towel fabric alone
o Towel fabric laminated with PU
- A basic single jersey cotton for gusset lining of brief : CO 100%, 130g/sqm
Remarks :
- Compulsory requirement : oekotex standard 100 class I or II
- Incoterms required : DDP France (45770 Saran).
- Planned color : black
