Location : Iraq , about 120 Km West North of Baghdad, one KM only from a main river.

You are kindly requested to quote your best prices and best methods for achieving such a project , specifying :
1- Method for building
2- Items and materials which can be obtained locally and others which should be imported to the project.
3- Type of materials used in building and method of installing electricity lines and water piping.
4- Lead time for finishing one unit and number of workers. ( Skilled and Unskilled)
5- Durability …. Expected age of houses.
6- Any other specifications which make this type of building better than others.
7- Cost of each unit as per Turn-Key Project.
