We, ***** Limited, are a medical equipment manufacturing company for sterilization, handling, storage and transportation, currently looking for a reliable supplier of aluminum sheets to make aluminum containers for the production of medical containers for sterilization purposes and later on perform anodizing. Please quote us your MOQ for Aluminum 5005 H21 sheets with thickness of 2mm and width of 1500mm that can be anodizable.
We would like to express our interest in your product and request further information about your aluminum sheets. Some of our pre-requirements include:
1) The aluminum sheets should be of medical grade, as they will be used in Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) for sterilization of instruments.
2) The sheets should have good formability, flowability, and ductility to enable deep drawing for the manufacturing of aluminum containers.
3) The sheets should have good ultimate tensile strength to prevent breakage during the deep drawing process.
4) The material should be anodizable, as we will perform color anodizing and hard sealing of the color on the final product at our factory.
