I need a pilot/industrial spray dryer and a evaporator
for the evaporation stage, we are seeking an evaporator that can process approximately 800 liters per hour. The compound we are handling is sensitive to temperatures around 50ºC, and the solvent used has a boiling point of approximately 80ºC. We would appreciate more information on the options available in your portfolio that meet these specifications. Please include details on energy efficiency, temperature control capabilities, and any special considerations for handling heat-sensitive compounds.
Additionally, we are interested in drying equipment, and the spray dryer seems to be a viable option. The product we aim to dry is sensitive to high temperatures, and the estimated water evaporation flow is approximately 200 liters per hour. We would like to receive detailed information about the characteristics of the spray dryer, including the operational temperature range, production capacity, and process efficiency.
