We are looking for a complete PVC suspended ceiling panel extrusion line, panel is 10-20mm high, 200 mm width, with a capacity to produce 150-200KG/Hr, 50Hz, 220/380V.
Your offer should include:
1) Complete description of the equipment line including three molds (one for panel, two for accessories), please specify brand name and place of manufacture of machines, control systems and main electrical components.
2) Tentative plant lay out
3) Required Electric Power in KW, Water in Gallons/Min, Compressed Air in PSI and cf/min
4) Required manpower to operate the line
5) Guarantee, including preferably client references that we can contact.
6) Price per machine, price for the complete line ex-works
7) Number fo containers required for sea shipping, total estimated weight
8) Delivery time
