Importing of Septic Tank Vacuum Trucks

I am looking to build two units of 10,000 litre capacity with full opening rear door and hoist and small waterblaster suitable for domestic drains. I intent to use a VP80 Kasier alloy liquid ring pump hydraulically driven.
