Import rotary friction welding machine Iraq

I am asking if you have rotary friction welding machine (direct drive friction welding machine) that provide higher friction pressure (approx. 130 Mpa) and rotational speeds (approx. 2000 rpm), in order to weld my stainless steel specimens (austenitic stainless steel with ferritic stainless steel). I have aprrox. 100 pieces required to be welded by above process.
