Import request for universal steam cooker United Arab Emirates

I would like to enquire about a universal steam cooker (like Stephan’s universal cooker machine, the attached picture is an example only). Please find the requirements below. We would like to use this equipment to produce processed cheese types.

cooking method – direct steam injection & indirect (jacket heating)
Cooking temperature – up to 95°C
Vacuum – up to -0.3bar
Agitator rpm – up to 60 rpm
Mixer (Blade) rpm -0 – 3000rpm
