Import request for PVC Flat Film United Arab Emirates

I am looking for PVC flat film to be seamed at our facility. 498mm width 60 micron, minimum 4500 meters length. monthly supply would be estimated 300-400 KM per month. Is this volume something you can do or do you know of a film supplier that can? I appreciate any input
