Import request cotton table linen France

I am in need of a manufacturer that is able to supply me with cotton and or linen or even a cotton linen blend Napkins.
The napkins will need to be made per my designs - printed, embroidered and perhaps some appliqué work. The fabric quality needs to be high quality.
I would require samples of each design before going into production, I would also prefer a low MOQ to begin with.
An agreement to protect my designs would also need to be signed.
