Ice Yarn

i was wondering if you could help me i am in the process of helping children to learn to knit and crochet
i bought a bulk load of yarn that we fund raised for at my local store when we started to use the yarn it was all faulty like it had all been cut we could not use it at all
i went back to the store with my recipt and the yarn and they told me to come back the following day as the had not got enough stock to replace so i went back the following day to find the store closed i continued to g
