Ice cream powder

Sugar, skimed ilk powder, whey powder,
acidity regulator (citric acid, ascorbic acid),
stabilizers (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum),
natural identical apple aroma, coloring
(plain caramel tartrazine, indigo carmine, chlorophyl, turmericking)

Preparation

Mix 3 lt milk, 500 gr sugar and 500 gr ice cream mix
and then wait 10 minutes. Then remix and put in soft ice cream machine.

Note: To get more intense ice cream mix and then put in ice cream machine.
