Ice cream manufacturing plant to set up in Sudan

I am starting a new line for ice cream production in Khartoum, Sudan and
looking for a new or used (but in a good condition) ice cream manufacturing plant along with its cold rooms and all its auxiliaries such as silos, pasteurization machines etc.
