Horizontal Danish type double stone complete flour mill

I already ran small scale horizontal Flour Mill ( atta chakki plant). but it was closed now.
So now I want to start on large scale like 15 ton per day capacity.
We want to installed only horizontal double stone flour mill machines.
So please guide me that what will be the funds I have to required for the plant.
And except the horizontal flour mill machines your company provide me all the machines li
