Hoodie buy request Belgium

I would like to make a colourful range of hoodies. I want the hoodies to have 4 different colours for example left sleeve light blue, right sleeve bright yellow, upper body white and lower body gray or black. I want them to be either 100% cotton or rayon fabric. I want them laballed and have laballed packaging. I want them in ziplock bags not wrapped in plastic.

And i want them in sizes from M to XXL

How much would be the make price of such hoodie with the packaging and sending to belgium? And how long would it take to make say 500 hoodie of 4 different styles and colours?
