High shrinkage polyester yarn

Hello Sirs,
Our company is one of importers insulation materials to Ukraine.
At this moment we’re looking for the polyester FDY yarn, 16.8 TEX, with shrinkage 20-30% in boiling water during 5-10 min.
Currently we consume 10-15 tons per month.
