High pressure hydro test unit needed in Turkey

We are looking for high pressure 25000 to 35000 PSI hydro test unit with chart recorder,
to perform BOP pressure test and other tubing test too, the range should be up to 35000PSI,
and should be derived by air and should be fill in by water as a liquid,

We may get two units as below:
1- One for high pressure test (up to 15000 PSI)
2- One for very high pressure test (up to 35000PSI)
