Glass bottle import request United Kingdom

We are looking for a glass bottle manufacturer for a new oil dressing (food) product for the Turkish market. I have attached 2 designs which we are choosing between. If you already produce a very similar design then please let us know. If not, could you please give me the costs of producing a mould and then a cost per piece for producing say 5000 and 10000 for an initial run. They would be 200/250ml capacity and come with a pouring cap similar to that shown
