Germany importer company request: pistachio kernel
We need organic pistachio kernels with skin (i.e. the kernels without the shell). We need the kernels raw, which means that the product must not be heated above 45° or steam sterilized.
Quantity: around 500kg
We have no preference regarding size, the price is the deciding factor here.
We process some of the kernels into puree and package the rest in consumer sizes.
We would like Iranian (possibly Turkish) pistachios because the taste is simply much better than, for example, Spanish products.
