Georgia company to import Lighting

I am starting my own small lighting line and I’m looking for a Turkish manufacturer who can produce custom-designed lighting fixtures under my brand name.

I would like to know if your factory can offer:
OEM / Private Label production (with my logo or label)
Small quantity orders or sample production (5–10 pcs per model)
Support with custom designs or modifications to your existing models
