Galvanized Wire Production Line - interested in - Egypt

We planing to establish hot dip galvanize wire production line
Energy will be natural gas .
1) low & high carbon and have annealing furnace
3) Have drawing machine for black steel from Higher diameter to lower (10 or 12 mm to 1.6 or 1.25 mm )
4) Galvanized wipe device
5) capacity of 1 ton per hour and tell me how much the price of line would be increased if it were 2 tons per hour and 3 tons per hour ?
