Fruit marmalade private label inquiry - Greece

Dear Sir / Madam,
We are a sweeteners packing and distribution company in Greece.
Our company exists since 1986 with large presence both in supermarkets and in the field of Ho.Re.Ca.
We are interested in creating a new product: low calorie (light) marmalade with at least 45% fruit content with our label and with our sweetener.
We would like to ask if you can compose a recipe using our sweetener (Stevia-Erythritol mixture) instead of sugar.
