French wholesaler sources Women Steel Ring

I am looking for a manufacturer to produce a custom stainless steel ring collection.

The product is a Morse code ring with the word “AMOR” engraved on the outside, and I would like to develop a women’s version which is thin and elegant (3.6 mm width and 1.5 mm thickness).

The material should be 316L stainless steel, with two color options: natural silver and gold using PVD plating (18K tone, not too yellow, with a premium look).
