French client want to buy sweatshirts for babies

Hello,
I opened my online store and am looking for a textile factory capable of producing an initial order: 500 blank sweatshirts for babies.
5 different sizes (from 3-6 months 24-36 months).
3 different colors ( black, pink , blue)
Round neck elastic enough to let the head of a baby , medium thick, good quality.
A mixed cotton-polyester I think?
Non-toxic dye.
Are you able to do this? Can you show me ?
