France company request School Desk

We are contacting you regarding for the supply, delivery, and installation of school desks.

Please provide us with your best quotation in USD (excluding VAT), in accordance with the technical specifications in Annex A and the financial offer form in Annex C (attached for your reference).

Requirements:
• School desks (double type, for two students) as per Annex A specifications.
• Delivery on DAP terms to the listed locations in Libya (see Annex C).
• Lot 1: price to include assembly at destination.
• Lot 2 and Lot 3: delivery only, no assembly.
• Delivery lead time: maximum 15 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
• Minimum 6-month warranty.
• Please include your ISO 9001:2015 certificate and product catalog/pictures.
• Indicate any volume discounts.
• Prices shall remain fixed for the contract duration.
