Feed mill machine to import Kazakhstan

I represent the initiator of the project for the construction of a feed mill in Kazakhstan. we are planning to build a feed mill for the production of feed for fish, mainly salmon, trout and sturgeon. We are currently looking for an equipment supplier. I know that there is a fish farm loan program in Turkey.
