Fabrics wholesale import to United Kingdom

I am currently sourcing GOT certified fabric for baby clothing and textiles. Is it it possible if you could talk me through the ordering process and stages, I would like to know if you produce the fabric and then manufacture the products or I would have to source it out and then get it sent to you.
