Fabrics natural and/or elastic

I am interested in fabrics - preferably natural and/ or elastic - for dresses, tops etc. is it possible to receive the samples (10x10cm) and to make a purchase via internet afterwards. or may be there are some exposition you can advise to visit? The purchase would not be big - approximately 10*80 meters.
