Fabrics for clothings

We are a Norwegian company who are looking for manufactures/fabrics for women/men and child clothing.
We are in the planning phase of starting a shop and are looking for suppliers whit product of good quality.
The plan is to launch the new brand in first of September.
I was looking at your Internet site and found it interesting.
As we are new started it will take some time before we can order big quantity, so my question is: can your factory in a starting phase deliver smaller quantity?
