Fabric leftovers

Hello, I am looking for a fabrics supllier for haberdashery store in Czech republic.
We sell goods for sewing and our main customers are tailors and local theaters that sew their own costumes.
So I would like to buy leftovers of fabrics or second grade fabrics. Diversity in colours and materials is what I need.
For example: acetate, cotton, silk, polyester...... Or any combination.
I am looking for a long term cooperation.
