Engine Valves manufacturing plant

we plan to establish "valve manufacturing plant" for production of motorcycles" engine valves (up to 125cc model). would you kindly advise us at to whom should we contact (machines manufacturers) to send us quotation and catalogues of all relevant machines and equipments to produce valves especially in pakistan. we shall be really grateful.
