Engine Oil

i would like to import from turky. do you have api/sae 15w-40 and 20w-50 car engine oil.if u have plz,let me quatetion,i need 150m/tons per year if price and quality is internatonal strandad .first shipment will be 1-2 containers(20ft).2nd shiment will be 2-5 container,3rd shipment will be 5-10 (20ft)container,4rth shipment will be 10-15 (20ft )container,5th shipment will be 15-20(20ft )and from the 6th month will be 20(20ft)container,and this quantity will be continue up to as per our contract.
