Embroidered iron-on patches badges required in Netherlands

We are collaborating with artists to create artworks to be embroidered onto iron-on patches.
If we wanted to order 4 x 500 designs to be shipped to Amsterdam, all the same format but different images,
maybe some with colour, what would your quote for this be?
