Elevators for a Petroleum Refinery

We have installed two lifts with a rope diameter of (6.5 mm) but (Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology) specify that the rope diameter shouldn't be less than (8 mm) according to EN81 ( Euro Norm) So that we need to change the rope with proper one and the gear-less motor and all other related accessories in order to take the approval for ( Jordan Institution for Standards and Metrology)
