Elevator Door Repairing Service request

A Lift using this product is installed according to the wiring drawing given, a total of 11 options.
The problem is the door unit does not function even when the buttons on it are pressed.
The display is in Turkish language.
I don't have the manual , I don't know what to do. Can you send the softcopy of this manual to my email please.
And advice me on steps to follow to resolve this problem.
The problem is experienced on the 2 lifts installed and the client has no patience any longer, pl
