Electrical control panel repairing

I bought a electrical controll panel made by company XXXX. the problem is that the connection diagram is not clear and especially digital capacitive sensor on panel side,panel description mcc1, it is for discharging the flour from silos to packing machine through tube conveyor then screw conveyor and bucket elevator
