Egypt looking for testing device Opacity Meter

Our client is looking for testing opacity of pipes according to ISO 7686.
As you know, a good pipe reading should no exceed 0.2%.
Therefore the instrument should have:
Resolution = 0.01%
Accuracy = 0.05% (or better) in the range of 0 to 0.2%

Light intensity is stable up to +/- 1%
Light spectrum wavelength of 540 to 560 nm.
