Egypt client request to import MDF board

Hope my mail finds you well,
My name is *** I'm a Technical Support for *** for Contracting.
i want to import MDF (schilf 2252) from Turkey
so we need a quotation for (1100 square meter ) as a beginning thickness 12 mm
I will be in Turkey Istanbul for two days (13,14)
and i will be in Bursa for two days(11,12) in this month
so i hope to arrange meeting to bring samples with me to our company in egypt,
