Dyes and binders for aerosol paints RFQ from Ukraine

Dear Sir/Madam, Our company is the oldest and the biggest aerosol manufacturer in Ukraine.
One of our main goals is to develop aerosol color renovators for leather and other leather care products.
For this goal we are looking for dyes (black, brown and other colors), binders and different additives.
Another one is to develop transparent lacquer to highlight rear lights.
For this goal we are looking for strong black dye.
The third goal is to find fast drying alkyd or alkyd-modified resin
