Drip irrigation hoses with emitters

Dear Sir and Madam,
we are looking for PVC (or PE) Irrigation hoses. Specification is as follows: Need drip hose ( tape_), seamless, 6 mils, Flow rate 0.63-0.8litres / hour, the distance between emitters 0.4m.
Amount of hose= 1.400.000 meters. Customer used PVC.
If your price/quality will be competitive for PE hose then customer will accept.
Prices and documentation you need to provide up to January 25.
