Drilling machines

I am a farmer who own about 120 Hector of land and I am in need for partner investors to whom we can develop the land together.
I have planted 1500 cashewnut trees, and all those hectors are ready for production,
I have a plane to develop a bore holes and already all pipes and water pumps are in place.
What is just needed is to come into agrrement of partnership and then start to work, so any body a company or individual persons can contact me for further discussion
