Denmark company required private label kids wear

Hello,
I’m on the lookout for a supplier who can help me produce custom made dresses, cloaks and rompers for kids aged 2-6 years old.
There are 6 different styles. Sizes are 92-98, 104-110, 116-122.
Quantities are 10 items per size in the first batch.
Garments should respond to the following requirements:
- Machine wash at 40 degrees
- Should go through CE testing since it is for children
- No alteration of color or feel of fabric after wash
- Material of dress/romper 100% cotton
