Deep Well Submersible Pump

Hi I need deep well DC submersible pumps mainly for agriculture irrigation to be used with solar energy.
Depth of the wells are between 100' to 250'. Prefer 300 to 500 gallons per minute into 4" riser pipe.
Water is clear and non-saline.
If you have agents in Pakistan then let me have their details.
I need complete accessories inc. controller.
