Croissant line equipment

We are starting up a new food plant in Casablanca, Morocco that will produce Long Shelf Life Filled croissants. the capacity will be 6000 pieces/hour or higher. We are looking for croissant Line equipment suppliers from Turkey. I attached a preliminary list of equipment that we do need for our project.
