Cotton Textile Makers - print bespoke fabrics

I wonder if you can help me or give me advice. We have a 100% cotton product that we have made in china at the moment but we are looking to have smaller bespoke runs made nearer to the UK. Runs of between 200-1000 units. The product would need to be made from 100% cotton, can you print bespoke fabrics? Can you offer a packaging service so the product is supplied to us in the UK in packets? I will send you more information and a sample if you think this is something you can do.
